WHAT WE ARE CALLING FOR IN THIS PHASE OF PRAYER IS TO INTENSIFY THE PRAYING! TURN UP THE HEAT! PRAY IN THE HOLY GHOST AND DO SPIRITUAL WARFARE AGAINST ALL the principalities, powers and rulers of the darkness of the world! BRING DOWN THE strongholds, bind every wrong spirit in the atmosphere and on this earth and underneath the earth! BE PERSISTANT, BE VIGILANT, AND SOULS WILL BE SAVED, SPIRIT FILLED, DELIVERED AND BODIES HEALED IN THE NAME OF JESUS!
AS WE INTENSIFY OUR PRAYERS ALSO IT WOULD BE EVER SO EFFECTIVE TO START FASTING. YOU CAN FAST A MEAL, OR FOR A DAY, WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU. FASTING IS DENYING YOURSELF FOOD FOR SPIRITUAL PURPOSES. (It is good to still drink fluids while fasting to keep your body hydrated) Isaiah 58 SHOWS JUST HOW POWERFUL FASTING CAN BE!
READ ISAIAH 58 and BE ENCOURAGED FOR THERE ARE MANY GREAT PROMISES OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN: undo the Bonds of wickedness, tear in pieces the ropes of the yoke, lets the oppressed go free, breaks apart the enslaving yoke; your light breaks out like the dawn, your healing, restoration, new life will spring forth quickly, your righteousness will go before you leading you to peace and prosperity, the Lord will be your rear guard, then you will call and God will answer, you cry for help and He will say “Here I am”, if you take away from your midst the yoke of oppression, the pointing of the finger in scorn and every form of wicked, sinful, unjust speech! Your light will rise in darkness and your gloom will become like midday..NO depression! The Lord will continually guide you and satisfy your soul in scorched and dry places, and give strength to your bones; and you will be like a watered garden, and a spring of water whose waters do not fail, etc.
Amen! Remember to keep digesting the book of Acts! Enjoy what God is about to do and IS DOING EVEN AS WE SPEAK!
Ok Rev. Rocket, you got me. I came as a total skeptic and wasn’t going to believe anything, and I even read the book of Acts skeptically, and ended up getting spirit filled when I got to chapter 3. And the only reason I even read as much as I did of the blog at all is because I thought anyone named “Rev Rocket” can’t possibly be a religious stuffed shirt. So, my “journey” as they say has been very interesting. And to the person who originally twisted my arm to come here: I do NOT want to hear I told you so!

Okay, here is my question. Full Gospel churches (at least a lot of them) are off their rocker. I certainly don’t want to go back to salvation only churches. And I’m perfectly content to have church on the blog. BUT what has happened to these churches? It’s like every crackpot teaching the devil ever invented is now in full Gospel circles, except for precious few. If you don’t happen to live in close proximity to any of them, you really don’t get to go to church and I know that’s not the way God intended it. What brought us to this end?
This could only be the effect of YEARS of practice…. of wrong believing and action! It didn’t happen over night! The spirits of deception, false doctrine, and lies planted thoughts in minds over the years and the more they followed them the further they got away from the Lord! It is one of the signs we are in the last days for seducing spirits and doctrines of demons are evidenced a lot as you have said! We must really look to Jesus and turn away from deception no matter who it is or what church it is! Lately in the past year major ministries of the past have stepped into very deep darkness and it shows we all need to keep the fear of God and reverence and line everything up by the Word of God! Some are “thinking” that “they” are the voice of God and tell people if they don’t do what “they” say then they are not right with God! This is error and a spirit of control… and that is witchcraft! God says that He will lead each one of us by His Spirit, and talk to us by His Word and when things do not line up with the Word of God and the fruit of the Spirit then God says turn away from that error and do not listen to it!
I’m doing a new post soon and part of it is saying how God does HAVE A CHOSEN PEOPLE, CALLED OUT ONES AND THEY ARE ALL OVER THE WORLD AND I BELIEVE THE LAST DAYS CHURCH WON’T BE WITH 4 WALLS OR A denomination, but the body of Christ which is a body of truth will flow together supernaturally by the Holy Spirit and there will be healing meetings in parking lots and all over the place for those who God invited for the feast have rejected it and now He is going into the highways and byways and compelling them to come in and as we listen closely to Him we will be a part of that! “Broad is the way that leads to destruction, and narrow is the way that leads to life and many go to destruction and few the way of life, but then God always wins with a few! God told Gideon to whittle down the army and it went from 10000 to 300 because there was a lot of dross in many, but the few were the right kind with faith and courage and God defeated thousands with 300! Praise God we are on the winning side so when you see these things coming on the earth look up for your redemption draws close!
Yes, fasting is a great thing. I think that was a good idea too. I got prayed for by the hotshot singer who hates to be mentioned. He may not want to ADMIT that he has the gift of the word of knowledge. BUT… He has the gift of the word of knowledge. I was raised Pentecostal and it’s kind of hard not to recognize that when you see it. Sorry Mr. Anonymous. But anyway, this is great stuff with the prayer and praise. It’s like we all got called back into that mode even though we should all be there all the time anyway. But sometimes you need that call to action. Thanks Rev. Rocket!

I never even understood getting filled with the spirit, because most of the spirit filled churches I was in had so much lunacy involved that I kind of through out the baby with the bathwater. Then I met this performer who just seemed like a regular guy (except that he was so talented and good-looking I wanted to punch him in the face) but he definitely had the goods. He steered me in the right direction and I’ve been completely at peace ever since. This blog helps me sort everything out when I’m confused and I really appreciate it.
When there is lunacy in churches, RUN don’t walk to get away from it! When God is in something there is PEACE THAT PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING THAT KEEPS OUR HEARTS AND MINDS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST! I bind EVERY demon of confusion that came in through false churches in the name of Jesus and ALL of them MUST GO OUT NOW! Praise God, praise you Jesus! I’m trying to concentrate on everything that’s written here and all these calls to prayer instead of what these idiot preachers have done. Every now and then I flip on one for five minutes just to see what fresh nonsense they’re doing, and today they were referring to Martin Luther’s movement as a “church split.” Well, I wonder how they twisted it into a church split, because people leaving a false, devilish religion does not qualify as a “church” split. How come some did this and others have held to the truth? I don’t understand it. I guess that’s not something anyone could answer, but I’m glad I’m on THIS side and not the insane side. Thanks Rev. First, you are welcome for sure! Why did two brothers turn out so different.. Cain and Able? Why did Lot’s wife turn and look back at Sodom and Gomorrah when God warned her not to do that? She instantly turned into a pillar of salt… if salt has lost it’s savor it is good for nothing but to be cast out! Why did Judas betray Jesus and the other disciples stay true to the Lord? Why does Laodicea do what she does in rejecting the light, saying she is rich and increased with goods and has need of nothing when really she is wretched, blind, poor, miserable, and naked? Food for thought isn’t it?! Think about all this and I will say more later when I talk about what “really” went down when Martin Luther acted in bold faith on the revelation God gave him! I will take the “sanity” side every day of the week! Praise God< He looks on the heart and when you have a heart after God He will move heaven and earth for you because of His eternal LOVE for you!

It sounds like you believe all negative thoughts, particularly ones about diseases are from the devil? So it would never be a warning from God telling you that you’re getting cancer or something? I just want to be sure, because these thoughts go through my head sometimes all day and if it’s God I don’t want to think it’s a demon, but I was told it was demons 100% and I need them cast out, but I guess I was more or less just getting argumentative. So I was told come here after the person mumbled “another hard nut to crack.” HE’LL find out. Anyway, here I am with my question. Thanks!

I can tell you right now that I think that idea is a winner! We should actually take all the responses that Rev.
