Okay, I never saw anything in churches except formulas, 10 steps to this and 20 steps to that and everything was like book smart learning but no actual power. I never saw anybody with power. So I’m listening to this piano player at a hotel I’m staying at and he decides to sing a hymn. Well, okay, I like hymns. I like people who have the nerve to sing them in public places. But anyway, he did “Crown Him with Many Crowns,” and the roof blew off the place. People started crowding around him, but the thing is… He wasn’t calling them over and doing some big fanfare and dog and pony show like most of these evangelical people usually do. THEY were going to HIM. So I thought…I have to see how this turns out. Well, people were getting delivered from all kinds of stuff and getting the Holy Spirit and things that certainly would never happen in MY church, and then at the end he was still walking like a drunk, and then this girl comes over to him and he said “oh, you’re the one. Thank God!” And he reached out to her and all of a sudden SHE’S getting deliverance and suddenly he’s not walking like a drunk anymore. Well, I put all these pieces together. I get it. I know what happened. And I’m going to tell my pastor about it because he thinks those things “don’t happen anymore.” HA! A “Roving Reporter” told me to put this on here because the piano player never will. Why won’t he? I would! That’s kind of stupid. But anyway, now I’m reading these and saying “oops, I was wrong about this,” “oops, I was wrong about that,”… And so on… Thanks!

The Holy Spirit knew! God is faithful, and hears your heart cry, and moves on your behalf! This should really encourage you for the future, and to keep pressing on, and overcoming for Jesus is going to see you through and will always have the grace you need to deliver and preserve you until He comes back for us! There was an urgency on this one so that believers would NOT give up, but pray the prayer of the second chance and receive from God all that is needed, rise up, and possess the land as the “giants” are driven out! The promised land is a type in the Old Testament of our life now and being delivered from spirits that are trespassers on the land trying to hinder us from the blessings God has for us! The blessings are already ours, but since their are “thieves and robbers” that try to steal our blessings from us by getting us to the point of giving up, then we have to “fight the good fight of faith, laying hold on eternal life”; resist the devil; bind and cast out demon spirits, and obtain the victory in Jesus in our experience! ENJOY THE BLESSED LIFE IN JESUS… NO TURNING BACK, NO TURNING BACK! IT WILL BE WORTH IT ALL WHEN WE SEE JESUS!

He said “Yes, Brittany, everything’s fine here, I don’t need any help.” I told him it’s not christian-like to give a cold shoulder, and I mentioned that there were 2 testimonies still outstanding from the Crown Him With Many Crowns night, and if they don’t show up on here I will have to post them myself. There is more than enough “bad” news in the world… we definitely need to hear the good news of ALL that Jesus is doing by His Spirit! Yes, we need to hear the other 2 testimonies of what God did the “Crowns” night! I’m sure your teacher is simply “delighted” that you are back.. Roving Reporter here. THIS was really cool. Hot shot sang with this…uh….rather worldly band again, and of course, once again stole the show. So they asked him to do the finale, but he stopped in the middle of their song and started another song called Jesus Paid it All. As you might be suspecting, the roof blew off the place. People were getting spirit filled and saved and all kinds of stuff. He was walking like a drunk. Then this belligerent girl starts accusing him of faking it. She said “I’ll come over there and it won’t knock ME down.” And she was really saying awful things and he actually asked her NOT to come over. He was trying to back away from her which was something I never saw before. He kept saying “Please stop, please stop, DON’T come over here saying those things.” But she did anyway and when she got about three feet away she went CRASHING to the floor. It almost looked like she got struck with lighting. People thought she was dead. Finally when she came back to the land of the living she was repenting all over the place and now believes in the Holy Spirit. Imagine that! She said she heard the voice of Jesus say, “Be careful, God cannot be mocked.” I think hot shot was afraid she was going to end up dead and that was why he was trying to back her away. She really was saying awful things about the Holy Spirit. Jesus had mercy, though. OOOPS. My teacher said “it’s like one of Dan’s posts from awhile back..

Okay my friend was utterly convinced that she was unsavable because she got involved in witchcraft in high school. She was ready to drop out of college and ruin her life over it and I couldn’t convince her there was any forgiveness. No church could help her that’s for sure. So a friend of mine who goes to Azusa Pacific, actually the one who told me about this blog, said that there was someone who could help her so we went to hear him sing and play. And at the end as people were trickling away, me and my other friend literally dragged her over to him and I told him what her problem was. Then he asked if he could talk to her alone. Well, I wouldn’t have cared if he wanted us to go wait on top of the roof as long as she got help. So we went and took a walk outside and came back in about an hour and she was… well… clothed and in her right mind. I never saw miracle like that my life. She didn’t really say much about what they talked about, but she did say she got delivered from a lot of demons. Now she’s been devouring the blog, which I could never get her to read. Well, all’s well that ends well. LOL PS. She really digs the name Rev. Rocket.

So my pastor tells me that I shouldn’t read the blog and I should not listen to my teacher at Azusa U. I said “okay, well, you’ve never been able to help me, but let me get this straight anyway… I shouldn’t listen to the guy who sometimes is still walking drunk the next day in school because of the Holy Spirit coming so heavy, and I shouldn’t read the guy’s blog who calls out healings ahead of time and has at least 40 people come on and say they were miraculously delivered from drug addiction etc. etc., but I should listen to YOU who could never help me with ANYTHING? Someone who calls herself the Roving Reporter told me about this blog and said I need to put my testimony on it. This is a great post by the way, and I got MY second chance, Rev. Rocket, THAT’S for sure! I thought my case was utterly hopeless. I went with some friends of mine to see this really popular Christian band, and…well….to lust after a guest singer that was with them that night. Ooops. Well, anyway, at the end something was happening in the building and the band actually went off the stage, like they didn’t know what to do or something, and left him to do the last song with just him and the grand piano. Toward the end of the song people were gravitating up there and I wondered what was going on. I thought maybe he was going to do autographs. But no….ooops again. There was something powerful all over him and people were just trying to get near it and then their problems were being cured and every time he would tell people to thank Jesus for what they got. And people were there until 1am, and finally got kicked out because the building closed, but there were some REALLY messed up people and he kept praying for them in the parking lot until the last one was gone, and then I said “ok, well I’m a HOPELESS case so what are you going to do with ME?” He said “Nothing. But Jesus is.” Ooops. I wasn’t hopeless after all. I really can’t give all the details here, but I went from being a disaster to a normal person in one night. So…..l’m in. Thanks! (I told my Baptist ex-pastor he was being replaced by someone called Rev. Rocket. Ha ha ha ha ha)

A LOT of ooops there, but the main thing is that you humbled yourself under the hand of God, and He lifted you UP! NOW you have ALL HOPE IN JESUS! Okay, so here’s how I tried to get out of doing my assignment in school. I told my teacher it was his fault for giving me the blog address, and since I almost drowned and had to be rescued by a lifeguard and taken back to shore, I couldn’t get the assignment done. Well, I got an “e” for effort on the story and one more day to turn it in, but not the automatic A I was looking for. Well, I guess I’ll keep building my faith…

God said not to look at the things of the world, but to look to Jesus who is the author and finisher of our faith! How did Lot’s wife become a pillar of salt? She looked back to “the world” Sodom and Gamorah… where sin ran them, so much so that the judgment of God came! We are in the world, but NOT “of the world”! Look to the Spirit of God, and He will show you how to “occupy until Jesus comes back”! Yes, the world is a mess, but Jesus said to “be of GOOD CHEER FOR I HAVE OVERCOME the world”! It is already conquered so rise up in the victory of Jesus and you will ride the high wave of the Holy Spirit that lifts you up far above it all! Praise God, God is still on the throne and His kingdom rules over all, and He is answering our prayers and moving by His Spirit His wonders to perform! Start praising God a lot and you will see the glory of God, and you will be able to look beyond this world as you behold His glory! You will be changed into His image by the Spirit of God from glory to glory! NOTHING IS TOO HARD FOR THE LORD SO STAY PLUGGED IN BY FAITH INTO HIS WONDER WORKING POWER!

Ok, so this super talented show off is moonlighting in a hotel lobby, so I thought I’d go with my friends and see him. At first I thought. Oh la la, I really don’t care what he sings, I’ll just enjoy the eye candy. But then a lady asked him did he know a song called “Had it Not Been.” So he starts doing the song and all of a sudden the room got completely quiet and something was happening that I never felt before. So at the end, people were swarming around him a bit and I thought I’d make my getaway because whatever it was, it was making me nervous. Then when trying to leave incognito later, I ran right into him. I said “I don’t think I need any of that stuff, whatever it is.” He touched my shoulder and said, “ok, well enjoy your night.” Then I went home and started talking in tongues and getting deliverance all night. Ooops. The two things I thought were only for bible times. Whooops. Anyway….here I am now. I’m sure my Baptist pastor will be so happy when he hears my testimony. ROFL.

I hear you! Their problem is that they think they already have the answer to everything, and actually everything is messed up and backwards in their churches! I would not like to be in their shoes! God knows all, and certainly knows what He is doing so don’t worry about the judgment end of it for God is their judge and it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God! Just spite the devil, and flow in the Holy Spirit more than ever, and as you pray in tongues the Holy Spirit will pray prayers through you concerning all this, and they will be perfect prayers that God will answer and take care of it all! Bind all the demons behind all the heresy also, loose people from it! Then those who can find a place of repentance and deliverance will, and will come out of “Mystery Babylon”!

I don’t know who this hotshot thinks he is. You don’t moonlight at a hotel when you have a five octave range. I figured he was just up to no good. But, he did a song called “Had it Not Been,” because some lady requested it and then it got really uncomfortable in there. I told him at the end that I didn’t believe the Holy Spirit was for modern times. The second chapter of Acts was just for back in Bible times. He said “I think deep down you know better, you’re just a disillusioned Catholic who threw the baby out with the bathwater.” Which was true. So then I started to get a little bit suspicious that maybe something was going to happen. Because I don’t how he could’ve known that. I said “well, I still don’t think anything would impart to me no matter what, so go ahead and try it.” Oooops. Well, now I’m spirit filled. Someone called the Roving Reporter told me to come on here and give the testimony. I guess next time I will give people the benefit of the doubt. Cynicism doesn’t pay off. Thanks Rev. Rocket!

I’m afraid I’m a hopeless case!!!
If you were a hopeless case you would not have come on to say anything. This shows you are reaching out for the truth that would set you free, but just haven’t heard yet how to connect with Jesus for what you need! Hopeless is NOT in God’s vocabulary! Now the God of ALL HOPE fill you with ALL joy and peace in believing that you might abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost! NOTHING is impossible with God… NOTHING! It is no accident we sing of AMAZING GRACE that saved us through faith in Jesus! It is God’s GRACE that will pick you up and deliver you, and IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOUR PAST HAS BEEN… DOES NOT MATTER! Jesus blood shed for you wiped the past clean and made you righteous with right standing with God by faith in Jesus!
God’s Spirit has already begun to work in you as I speak, and what you are feeling is the Holy Spirit moving in your heart breaking the shackles that have had you bound a long time!
